However, in the rare instance where a wrong or defective product has been delivered to you, kindly write to us at or call us during store hours. Our contact details and store hours are available on the Contact Us Page. If contacting us by email, please include complete order details comprehensive details along with images of defects/ complaints of the product delivered to you. In case, the complaint is found to be genuine, then we will try to rectify the defect or replace the same product at earliest, and return the product to buyer. However if a repair or replacement is not possible, a store credit will be issued to the buyer.

Your product is eligible for exchange / return only if it meets one of the following conditions:

  • an incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • if the product you receive has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect.
Terms & conditions for return:
  • We may accept returns for store credit only.
  • Product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt by the customer.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
  • Customer will be responsible for any damage caused in return transit of the product.
  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a store credit if they meet our other terms and conditions. The store credit must be redeemed within the year of credit being issued. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • In case customer wants to exchange an alternative product, other than product made to order, the same is possible. You have to return the product for a credit and purchase the new item a fresh. You can settle the payment from credit available into your account. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
List of Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
  • Custom made and Made to order products,
  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
  • Any products that have been altered as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion.
  • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase. 
Cancellation Policy

An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
