What are the Shipping/ Delivery Charges?
The delivery charges are a function of 3 main factors.
- Your location. We ship to almost all locations in India and a few international destinations (see list Below )
- Your urgency. Where available, we try and offer our customers the possibility of receiving the package via normal post or express post.
- The size and weight of your order.
We try and simplify this complex process by calculating the shipping costs basis the above and presenting them in the checkout process.
When can I expect my parcel ?
The delivery time for each product differs, and is mentioned separately on the product Page. It is possible that the delivery may take a little longer than stated, in case you opt for shipping to a remote area. We will provide you with Order Tracking and delivery related communications ( Refer to Order Tracking Section below ).
In the odd case where you have not received your parcel within the stated time, please contact us so we can track your parcel for you.
In case you need a delivery earlier than what is mentioned on the Product Page, please do contact us. We will try our best to meet your request, if that is possible.

Duties & Taxes
For Indian Customers products prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customer products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import taxes / duties. As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to. Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/courier agencies .
We do not offer exchange or return on international orders.
Order Tracking
We will email you your tracking number once the package is shipped. Alternatively, if you sign up while checking out with your orders, your order status will be available in your account details on our website.

Important Information .. Please Note
Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
